This website is operated by Partner Self Storage LLC. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Partner Self Storage LLC. By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Partner Self Storage website and the services made available through it. Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website or submit any enquiries through it.
Please note that the use of our storage facilities is also governed by a separate Storage Rental Agreement, which is entered into at the time of booking. The Storage Rental Agreement sets out the terms relating to your storage unit, rental period, fees, access, and other operational matters. These website Terms and Conditions are supplementary to, and do not replace or modify, the Storage Rental Agreement.
Services Offered
Partner Self Storage provides a range of storage and logistics services for both individual and business customers, including:
- Self-storage solutions for personal, residential, and business storage needs.
- Packing supplies and moving materials.
- Domestic moving services within the UAE.
- International moving services through approved logistics partners.
- Business warehousing and commercial storage solutions.
The availability of specific services may vary depending on location, operational requirements, and capacity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Booking & Contract Formation
Customers may enquire about our services through the Partner Self Storage website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other approved communication channels. Enquiries submitted through the website do not constitute a confirmed booking or a binding agreement.
Once we receive your enquiry, our team will assess your storage or service requirements and provide details regarding suitable storage unit sizes, service availability, pricing, and any applicable terms. A booking is confirmed only after it has been accepted by Partner Self Storage and the applicable Storage Rental Agreement or other service agreement has been executed, either electronically or at one of our facilities.
Partner Self Storage reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where the requested service is unavailable, where inaccurate or incomplete information has been provided, or where there are other legitimate operational or legal reasons for doing so.
General Conditions
Partner Self Storage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the provision of services to any person where permitted by applicable law or where it is reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, employees, property, or operations.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or entering into a service agreement with us. You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any changes to your contact details or other information relevant to your booking or contract.
The section headings used in these Terms and Conditions are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation, scope, or application of any provision contained herein.
Term, Renewal & Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, storage rentals are subject to a minimum rental term of one (1) month.
Following the initial rental period, your storage agreement will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Storage Rental Agreement.
Where a customer continues to occupy a storage unit beyond a completed monthly billing cycle, additional charges may apply on a pro-rata basis. A minimum invoice value of AED 100 applies to such charges.
If you wish to terminate your storage rental, you must provide at least seven (7) days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after this notice period may result in the next billing cycle being charged in accordance with your Storage Rental Agreement.
Pricing & Payment
The prices displayed on this website are provided for general guidance and are subject to confirmation. Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the storage unit, the nature of the goods to be stored or moved, access requirements, service requirements, and any assessment conducted by Partner Self Storage, including a site visit or review of photographs where applicable.
Payment for our services may be made using cash, bank transfer, or a secure card payment link provided by Partner Self Storage. A nominal surcharge may apply to card payments where permitted by applicable law and communicated before payment is processed.
Partner Self Storage does not offer online checkout through this website. Any quotation provided through the website or other communication channels does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by our team and accepted through the applicable booking or service agreement.
Payment terms, billing schedules, and any applicable additional charges will be set out in your quotation, invoice, or Storage Rental Agreement, as applicable.
Security Deposit
Partner Self Storage does not typically require a security deposit for its storage services. However, in certain circumstances or for specific service arrangements, we may require a refundable security deposit, which will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Where a security deposit is collected, it will be refunded within fifteen (15) working days after the customer has vacated the storage unit, provided that all outstanding charges have been paid and the storage unit has been returned in good condition, subject to fair wear and tear. Partner Self Storage reserves the right to deduct any unpaid fees, repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear, or other amounts payable under the applicable Storage Rental Agreement before processing the refund.
Refunds & Cancellation of Prepaid Storage
Customers who have prepaid for storage services may be eligible for a refund of any unused prepaid rental period following cancellation, subject to the terms of their Storage Rental Agreement.
Where a discounted rate, promotional offer, or preferential pricing was applied based on an annual or other long-term storage commitment, Partner Self Storage reserves the right to recalculate the applicable storage charges using the standard rate for the period during which the storage unit was occupied. Any refund will be adjusted accordingly before the remaining balance is returned to the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Late Payment & Lien
Storage fees and any other applicable charges must be paid by the due date specified in the applicable invoice or Storage Rental Agreement.
If payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days after the due date, Partner Self Storage may suspend the customer’s access to the storage unit until all overdue amounts have been paid in full.
If outstanding fees remain unpaid for sixty (60) days or longer, the goods stored within the unit may become subject to a lien in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the terms of the Storage Rental Agreement. Before exercising any such rights, Partner Self Storage will provide written notice to the customer and will take any action only in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Prohibited Items
Customers must not store any items that are prohibited by law or that may pose a risk to people, property, or the safe operation of the storage facility.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Flammable, explosive, combustible, hazardous, toxic, or corrosive materials.
Perishable goods or any items likely to spoil, decay, or attract pests.
Illegal goods or any items the possession or storage of which is prohibited under applicable law.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other regulated weapons, except where expressly permitted by applicable law and accepted by Partner Self Storage in writing.
Cash, currency, precious metals, negotiable instruments, or other valuable financial instruments.
Live animals, livestock, plants requiring ongoing care, or any living organisms.
Partner Self Storage reserves the right to refuse storage of any item that, in its reasonable opinion, presents a safety, legal, environmental, or operational risk. Where prohibited items are discovered, we may take appropriate action, including notifying the relevant authorities where required by law.
Liability & Insurance
All goods stored with Partner Self Storage are stored at the customer’s sole risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the goods placed into storage are suitable for storage and are adequately packed, protected, and insured against loss or damage.
As outlined in the storage agreement, Partner Self Storage is not responsible for any loss of or damage to stored goods unless it is proven to have resulted directly from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. In such cases, our total liability shall be limited to the amount specified in your storage agreement, unless a different limit is expressly agreed upon in writing or required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for securing appropriate insurance coverage for the full replacement value of their stored goods. Optional storage insurance may be provided through a third-party service provider, where available. Please note that purchasing this insurance is entirely optional and is never a mandatory condition for using our storage services.
Facility Access
Access to Partner Self Storage facilities is available during our designated operating hours. Unless otherwise notified, customers may access their storage units between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on working days.
Access on public holidays is available by appointment only and is subject to operational availability. Customers are encouraged to arrange appointments in advance where holiday access is required.
For security and access control purposes, customers and authorised representatives must present a valid Emirates ID or other identification accepted by Partner Self Storage before being granted access to the facility.
Pickup & Delivery Liability
Where Partner Self Storage provides pickup and delivery services, these services are carried out by our trained personnel using appropriate handling procedures and equipment.
Partner Self Storage will exercise reasonable care when handling, transporting, loading, and unloading customer goods. We shall be liable only for loss of or damage to goods that is proven to have resulted directly from our negligence during the course of transit, subject to any limitations set out in these Terms and the applicable service agreement.
Any claim relating to loss of or damage to goods during pickup or delivery must be reported to Partner Self Storage within forty-eight (48) hours of the completion of the service. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Optional Tools
This website may provide access to third-party tools, applications, or communication channels, including but not limited to WhatsApp Business, online enquiry forms, booking widgets, or other services provided by third parties. These tools are provided for your convenience and are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Partner Self Storage does not monitor or control these third-party tools and shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of them. Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms and conditions under which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Where Partner Self Storage is found liable for loss or damage resulting from its proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct, our liability shall be limited in accordance with Section 10 (Liability & Insurance) of these Terms and Conditions, unless a different liability limit is required under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Partner Self Storage LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of this website or our services, your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, or your negligence or wilful misconduct.
