  • Payment Data: Partner Self Storage does not store or process your payment card details directly. Card payments are securely processed through an authorised third-party payment provider via a payment link.

CCTV Cameras

Partner Self Storage operates 24/7 CCTV surveillance at both of its Jebel Ali storage facilities to help protect the safety and security of our customers, employees, visitors, and property.

CCTV footage is used solely for security, safety, incident investigation, and crime prevention purposes. Access to recorded footage is strictly limited to authorised personnel who require access as part of their official responsibilities.

All CCTV recordings are treated as confidential and will only be disclosed where necessary to comply with a lawful request from a competent government or law enforcement authority, to support insurance claims, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless required to be retained for an ongoing investigation, legal proceeding, or other lawful purpose, CCTV recordings are retained for 30 days, after which they are securely deleted or overwritten in the normal course of system operation.

Call Recording

Partner Self Storage may record customer support telephone calls for quality assurance, staff training, service improvement, and record-keeping purposes.

Where calls are recorded, the recordings are handled securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate business need. Call recordings are used only for the purposes stated above or where required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
